The producer of the first Sonic The Hedgehog has confirmed that the third movie will come out by the end of 2024. The Sonic movies will be available in all movie theaters on December 20, 2024. Director Jess Fowler decided to produce a third film after noticing the strong mix of love and hate from the audience regarding the previous movies. The blend of live-action and CGI used by the creators made fans unhappy with David Craig’s article on the subject. It states, “His striking new look, which featured smaller eyes, human-like teeth and a more gaunt face, was subject to a staggeringly negative reaction from fans of the character and people prone to night terrors.
The criticism was so passionate and far-reaching that the filmmakers decided to take action, as director Jeff Fowler announced on Twitter just a few days later. Thank you for the support. And the criticism. The message is loud and clear... you
aren’t happy with the design & you want changes. It’s going to happen. Everyone at Paramount & Sega are fully committed to making this character the BEST he can be.” This is just the beginning of the criticism. A lot of people were dissatisfied with the character’s
original face. You can also interview the numerous fans of Sonic who have
talked and shared their thoughts about the original sonic design.
